Thanks for reaching out. We'll review your project details and be in touch within one business day.
Yes, if the scope and budget are realistic. We'd rather have an honest conversation about what's possible within your constraints than overpromise and underdeliver.
There isn't one. A two-hour consulting call and a two-year product engagement are both things I'll consider. I take on a focused number of engagements at a time, so what matters is whether the problem is interesting and the working relationship is a good fit — not the size of the check.
It depends entirely on scope. A focused integration might take 4–6 weeks. A full SaaS product could be 4–6 months. We scope honestly and don't compress timelines to win bids.
You do. Upon final payment, all intellectual property transfers to you. We don't retain licensing rights, require ongoing contracts, or use proprietary tooling that locks you in.
Yes. Some of what I've built — including proprietary planning and scheduling technology — is available for licensing rather than a custom build. If your need is close to something I've already developed, licensing can get you to production faster and at significantly lower cost than starting from scratch.
Sometimes. For projects where what we build together has applicability beyond your organization, I offer a reduced rate in exchange for retaining the right to incorporate the underlying capability into my broader toolkit. Your data, configuration, and specific implementation remain entirely yours — you simply aren't purchasing exclusivity over the general approach. If that trade-off makes sense for your situation, we can talk about it openly.
